Stuck on intro diet?

I have been on the intro diet for 12 days with great results of decrease in

blood but still having D. I have been eating the chx soup(firstvwith carrots

and then switched to zucchini as suggested), farmer's cheese, gelatin cubes, and

eggs. I just recently started the homemade baked applesauce and that actually

seemed to help a little bit.

I remember reading in BTVC that Elaine said not to stay on the intro diet too

long due to nutritional needs. Did I understand that right? I'm not sure where

to go from here. I have been looking at pecanbread suggestions but still lost in

what might be best to try. Just thought I'd ask first for suggestions. Thanks a

bunch!
