Guest guest Posted March 22, 2009 Report Share Posted March 22, 2009 I have been making my yogurt out of whole goat milk because that's the only kind Trader Joes sells. I could stop at a different store and pay a lot more for 1% goat milk. Is there any healing benefit to using whole yogurt? I am underweight so I am not concerned about gaining weight.
