Guest guest
Has anyone else here had a really bad case of depression start since the clocks changed and we don't have as much light? I suppose it depends where you live. I'm in Boston. I've now noticed a definite connection of how depressed I have become since it started to get cold and since we changed the clocks and it's dark by 4:30. I have always suffered from seasonal affective disorder, but this year it is worse than ever. It's taking all my will just to keep going. I went to a very dark place with depression last week and it's always worse as soon as it gets dark. Anyone else with this problem? What can be done about this? I heard vitamin D can help and I guess those light boxes.
