Are you eating eggs? That contributed to -my- D issue- although Marilyn did really well with soft boiled ones. Soft boiled were horrible for me. Also, how long are you cooking your chicken soup for? At least 4 hours? Have you thought about adding in some home-made ghee to your diet? That can help with satiation as well as being super delicious. Are you drinking store bought apple cider? No matter what I did store bought juice including the cider gave me awful D so I had to switch to making my own strained and diluted juice.. If drinking juice are you significantly diluting?
