Girl, you have given me a slight heart attach. The

squash is gone. I wish I could have checked this

thing before I had already eatten.

Tell me, does this mean I need to start Induction all

over again? So, the only veggie I should eat is

string beans, right? Man, I can't believe I ate that

many carbs. My apology to everybody, you were wright.

I'm wrong, but not for long. Wow, wow, wow, I just

can't believe it. Talk about letting all the air out

of the ballon.

I was feeling so good about myself today. Everybody

around me were eatting " Little Debbies " and pizza,

regular coke, etc., and I had my little salad, 1/2

omelet, small TOMATO and egg. I had already messed

up. Then, I had to come home and eat that darn

squash. I don't like squash anyway. One of the

teachers brought a bunch to work. I thought is was a

good thing. Man, that's all I can say is MAN!! Dumb,

dumb, dumb. NO ONE NEED TO SAY ANYTHING!!! I've

already taken my leg off and given myself a good

KICK!!!!
