Guest guest
The temperature stays consistent in the dehydrator, but the lid popped off for a third time and that time I didn't notice and the yogurt is kinda dried out and tastes a bit different. Rather than chance it, I just ordered 4 glass jars from DigestiveWellness. They have twist on covers and I prefer glass to plastic anyway.
