Guest guest Posted June 13, 2001 Report Share Posted June 13, 2001 Hi Thanks for all the tips on using xanthum gum, I think I will pick up an extra salt shaker to use for this purpose!! This weekend I hope to work on making a " white sauce " and using this for thickener. The white sauce is the only thing missing from one of my favorite non-diet dishes!! It is called the Kentucky Hot Brown, and is absolutely wonderful!! I sure hope I can get the sauce to turn out ok!! Thanks again for all your help!!
