Guest guest
I am looking for an alternative to the Dulcolax The idea of taking 4 laxative pills has me in the fetal position. Doesn't 4 of those buggers seem an awful lot? I am going to check Walgreens out today as per Marliyn's experience. The raw food community uses this product (which my mom uses when she travels) http://www.highvibe.com/index.cgi?id=305413617467 & d=single & item_id=oxc & c=Cleansi\ ng & sc=Colon_Health & tc= Would this be adequate? What about one of those herbal concoctions? Jodi

Guest guest
Mara, My mom is no longer %100 SCD. It's more like 10% of illegals %90 SCD. Ever since she had her ovary and cyst removed her IBS is much better. She said changing her diet was a big part too. As her diet made her take laxatives for many decades. She eats more prepared stuff (2% rule kind of stuff- I think she still makes good food choices) And she occasionally will have rice and I think some agave and things like that. When she travels she usually gets backed up since she is not on her normal routine. Stress of time changes, Not getting her normal work-out Yoga routine done.. stuff like that. So I bought her OXY-MAG at HighVibe here in NYC as I thought it was a much healthier product than conventional laxatives. It is also non habit forming. She then switched to OXY-OXC (with the Vit C in a capsule as opposed to the powder) Satisfactory answer ohh curious one?
