Is Echinacea a problem for people with autoimmune disorders? The

paper linked off the STTM website said that it was contraindicated

for those with autoimmunity, but Ech. has traditionally been thought

to be *good* for the immune system (although this is in the context

of a normal system..) I haven't noticed anything unusual going on

with my diabetes (T1) since starting IC - if anything my blood sugars

have *improved* since I think I've found a proper dosage of Armour/IC.

I would do a Google search for Echinacea and Autoimmune I have never

taken Isocort so have not done extensive reading about it, as I cannot

take MOST herbals . But i bbelieve your body will tell you if it doesn't

liek the echinacea.
