I had surgery with Dr. Gangner on the 11th of January. I have to admit that the office leaves something to be desired but his talent is unsurpassed. I went in to the hospital on the 11 and was out by the 15th with on complications. If you respect the doctor so much, then you should have the ability

to speak to him about the staff. Not telling him is not respecting

him. You have to give him the opportunity to correct the situation.

Maybe he isnt aware how the staff comes off on patients. Any surgeon

not interested in those that represnt him, might not be as

trustworthy as initially thought.

How did you have your surgery done/ and what did you have done? I have called their office befor also but knowone called me back.

I'm glad you brought that up because I do indeed have a great deal of

respect for Dr. Gagner and sent him a very politely worded email on

Jan 7 regarding the staff difficulties (well before I posted on

here). I would have never dreamed of posting here 1st! I know you had

no way of knowing this as I didn't mention it in my original post,

but you seemed to just assume that I had. Mom raised me better than

that, LOL!

Hi everyone

Just wanted to say thanks so much for all the replies, both posts and

private emails. I haven't had a chance to reply to the private emails

but want you to know how much I appreciate your support. It's helped

to make a frustrating time for hubby and
