Hi,

I also suffer from constipation. My usual remedies on the diet are increasing

magnesium intake, taking lots of fish oil (Sardine/Mackerel/Anchovy, Cod Liver

Oil, Salmon Oil) limiting bananas, and limiting nut butter goods. I think

limiting cheese is also good (calcium can be constipating), but I haven't tried

that yet. I'm hoping that with time, my insides will settle down and normalize.

I use the Fitday program to keep track of my calories and whatnot. You can do

custom recipes, where you enter all the ingredient and amounts, and then the

program calculates the calories and nutritional information. I find it very

helpful.
