I think all the gears got stripped out of it or something...I got impatient and chucked it...when I should have done something about it. Those were the days when I had more money than time. Now it is quite the reverse and I have all this time to be remorseful at my waste. >=( Mine didn't last anywhere near 7 years...I don't think it even lasted a year...that's why I was so disappointed in it. It didn't seem to do the things it promised either. I tried some of the concoctions it recommended and they were pretty awful. To me it was just an expensive glorified blender that broke sooner than any blender I had ever owned. But oh well, live and learn. *=8^/ Regards~ Jacque > Jacque, you are going to hate hearing this.
