Guest guest
Finally got my BP monitor working (so I can try licorice root, to see if it'll do anything), which reminded me about something: What does low pulse pressure (particularly on standing) mean? Anything? For example (see standing and to a lesser extent the first)): A while back (Feb): lying down 92/71, standing 91/82, sitting 92/60. Yest. fiddling: lying down 94/68 (72), standing 93/78 (101), sitting 94/70 (89) (this was shortly after sitting back down). Sitting (or night/morning lying down), my BP tends to be right around 90/60, give or take a bit, usually 30 apart (so things like 83/53 up to about 96/66), and while the diastolic moves, the systolic stays right there. Standing, so far systolic has dropped a tad, and diastolic has gone up. If I walk around a bit, diastolic seems to go down, but starts going back up when I stand still for a couple of minutes. I have no idea what my BP does with exercise. And since I mentioned anxiety in my other post: No, that doesn't affect my BP one bit. I can be panicking and my BP be 90/60 or maybe 90/70. Systolic doesn't move much, and when it does if I take it again right after it's *always* well on its way back down (or there already).
