Guest guest
nope, basal temps have not shifted at all but average day time temps have. So does that mean your adrenals have improved but your thyroid hasn't? Before any medication they were in the 96's all day I only ever did the basals before I started on neds si have no idea what the daily averages were. I think my low day time temps are why I'm heat intolerant. And yet my day time temps are climbing and still i am heat intolerant. It is freezing here, central heating has been on 24/7 and I am wearing a bra and light top and I am boiling! Just getting around to choosing what else to change into. Still I will monitor that and see if some improvement comes along that I am not yet noticing. I did wear a fun-fur coat last night when walking the dog so maybe I am feeling the cold more.
