Guest guest
Thanks for the feedback on this issue. I want all the ammo I can get to give to this stupid, close-minded doctor who doesn't believe a word I say about the diet, the tests I run, and I anything I have to say about autism. By the way, he has an ADHD son on Ritalin and I know it's easier for him to drug his kid than have to take the time to help him with anything but drugs. Sorry to vent, but I'm so sick of close-minded doctors. Jo (South Carolina)
Guest guest
, This scares me since we were thinking about moving to Sumter and living on the Air Force Base there. My 4 mos. old daughter hasn't had any vaccinations and none are planned in the future. Is it just because you lived on base or does this involve all the military on or off base? <We were forced to get my daughter's shots here at Ft. Bragg. We live on post and when they realized at early intervention that she was not up to date on her shots we were informed that they would flag her records, have us charged with neglect, and maybe throw us off post if we did not get them updated! I was absolutely outraged and continued to refuse but my husband being military was under a direct order to take her and so he had to take her. She had to be hospitalized not long afterwards because she regressed so much. To this day I carry a resentment here as you can see. We should have the right to refuse these shots if our children are at risk. Sorry to ramble but this topic just really gets to me.>
Guest guest
, I can't believe you had to go through this, and they will take NO responsibility for it. The very thing you feared occurred. Not long ago Holly and others were posting about Medicaid or Medicare recipients being required to give their children immunizations before they were able to receive their benefits. This is our federal government at work. I would be resentful, too. Carol Re: Autism on the Rise...Rick Rollins We were forced to get my daughter's shots here at Ft. Bragg. Guest guest
Not that this is an Anti-vax rally, I must say the INTENT of vacinations WERE good, BUT I think they have failed to realize that the health of our children are MORE important than the money they stand to lose. Wiping out small pox was wonderful, Polio, VERY scary, Tetnus, also deadly, but Chicken Pox? Measles? Mumps?come on, these are childhood diseases that were not deadly, I remember getting the first 2.. They say " thousands of children die from chicken pox " Well I want to see that number, against the rising autism cases. My BIG problem with vaccinations is that when you give birth, you give all of your immunities to the baby. If WE are all vaccinated, shouldn't our children HAVE our immunities??? And if so, even if it is a weaker immunity, WHY DON'T THEY TEST tieters???? WHY do they automatically inject EVERY child, when those children may already have the immunities?? It is so sickening to read report after report on how the only Polio cases are the ones that the vax's caused, how many cover ups where a child died from " SIDS " within 24 hours of vaccination, and the paretns were hushed with $50,000. " sorry " fee. Too scary. I think vaccinations serve their purpose. If you are NOT an immune dificient child, or have any poor genetic markers. As for the children who obviously have the genetic defects (that I used to think were so " everyday " asthma, allergies, hypoglycemia, ecsema) they should think twice about sticking MORE trouble in to their already young weak bodies....ATLEAST wait until they are older, and their systems MAY have a fighting chance...-Shari NY just rambling here...Still angry I guess
Guest guest
Amen Sister!! Just last week I had an argument w/an ER Doctor who told me I was wrong to put my daughter on the GFCF diet. That everyone has yeast in there body and it's " suppose " to be there. And removing milk from her diet is wrong, she will lose the ability to digest it!!! Can you believe this?? She said removing any certain kinds of food will change the GI tract and I shouldn't mess w/things I don't understand. I proceeded to tell her, " I have listened to Doctor's like you for the last 4 years. Now I have started listening to some parents. Within 4 days, (yes only 4 days), my non-verbal autistic daughter started talking. And understanding what we have to say to her. I think I'll continue what I am doing thank you very much. I argued w/her for over an hour and never did convince her of anything. I too am SICK of Doctors!
Guest guest
I've attended meetings about infant immunization rates in San Diego Co.... It's now approaching 90 percent, due to a large, expensive and well staffed task force supported (read: paid for) by the taxpayers. These are extremely nice, well intentioned public health people who just don't have a clue...and have truly been brainwashed. Their bias is so ingrained that they believe that they are better informed than the doctors. It's sad and scary. Cherri

Guest guest
I have people pull up to me on the freeway and tell me they love my stickers. I have had a few women ask me questions in the parking lot but my shirt has gotten more response since you wear that in wherever you go. I get alot of questions about that!
