Guest guest Posted November 20, 2007 Report Share Posted November 20, 2007 went to the dr E today and he gave me a shot of depro and a RX for a pred pak...i think i am suppose to stop the HC while on the pred pack but thought i would check.. while i was there we talked about my salvia test VS the acth test that Dr R did a while back, Dr E said that my result was 20.8, WOW that is not much and said normal was 20-1000 or something like that so he said he wanted me to come back in about 2 wks and we would sit down and talk about the adrenal situation he wants me to take 20mg of HC a day....he does not know i already take 25Mg a day....but at least i can have my insurance pay for it now, he also mentioned hypopituray(sp) will have to do some research on that. i mention about my cholestrol going from 207-125 after being on armour for 1yr....the 1st thing he asked was why i was on armour and synthroid and i told him i had been on sny for 6yrs and felt no better so i asked to be on armour....and it was working for me... wish he had wanted to talk about it sooner... renee Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
