Guest guest
I’m here. I made some killer guacamole last night. Put a scoop on my bunless burgers today. The other thing I’m into right now is goat cheese omelets. Man am I like going to die if I have eaten three eggs a day for the past seven days? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Debra Hexsel Kingwood, Texas debrahexsel@... Guest guest
Debra, Here's a fun little thing . . . let's try it ok? Learning to Count Carbs 101, as taught by Mrs. Ross. Post back to the list everything that you've eaten today . . including specific amounts and ingredients. Then, you take your best estimate at how many carbs are in each item, using whatever carb counting tool you prefer, and calculate your total carb intake for the day. I'll do the same thing with your menu, using the USDA nutrient database (#11 in our Important Links below in the message footer) and post back to you the number of carbs I find in them. OK? OK! Let's do it! Let's see how close our numbers are! Terry168/159/156 (minigoal)/ ? Guest guest
You'll be fine! I ate nearly every day for the 6 months it took to lose 50 pounds last time around, usually with bacon on the side! What a great woe, eh? Suzy At 03:50 PM 7/5/01 -0500, you wrote: The other thing I m into right now is goat cheese omelets. I probably had 1/4 cup. Dinner 2night will be meatloaf made from turkey with spinach and spices in it. (how much turkey, how much spinach and which/how much spice?) The whole meatloaf was made using 2# turkey, some cut up cilantro, a pkg of frozen spinach pre-cooked and drained, garlic, two chopped tomatoes, pepper and 3/4 cup worchestershire sauce. He will put about a 1/2 of cheddar on the top of the entire thing. Oh and my weakness—glass of merlot. (estimate number of ounces?) Being the lush that I am, let’s say 4-5 ounces
