Guest guest
Ditto with the knee pain here. After tiling our bedroom floor in 9/05, knee wouldn't straighten out and had arthroscopic surgery 10/05 where my plica was cut. Due to a too low TSH, my Armour was reduced right before surgery. After physical therapy I regained full function of the knee. Fast forward to 6/07, too much stress, and I take my thyroid dose down even further because of high BP and fast HR. Pretty soon it's like I'd just come out of surgery again. Can't bend the knee all the way and it hurts bending down and getting up. Slowly increased the thyroid dose, 1/4 grain at a time over the last 5 months, and knee just got better on its own! I did not go back to physical therapy, but noticed that the knee was improving on its own as I increased my thyroid dose. Barb > > > > I had knee aching for 3-4 months.
