Yes, actually, the sugar didn't put me off, believe it or not. But using it for

candy or just to make your blood work look good, well that was fun. Til I got

my bone scan, anyway. Sigh.

Yep, you're right. That's why I dumped in a bowl for the girls. If they get

calcium with their intact stomachs, fine, if not, they had a good time trying.
