Guest guest
Welcome HM, I'm Gena :-) I know it can be really hard to keep on track. At my heaviest I was 284 lbs, got down to 195. Then a bunch of stuff happened, one thing after another and I got off track, gained back about 15-20 lbs. Then I kicked myself in the butt, got mad and said oh no, I didn't work soo hard to mess it up now! It is just a matter of getting refocused, prioritizing, getting back to basics. Think about how you felt at your heaviest. I look at the pic's of me at 284 and that is motivating enough for me! I never want to feel that way again! Going back and reading old posts helps too.
