Hey.....Hi

Finding it difficult to keep on track these days....I am OP all day

long and then the evening hours hit...and I am another person....

Lost 62 pounds in all and have gained back about 14....also hypo

thyroid-so is more difficult. but can't use it as an excuse for how I

am eating....Anyway want to get back to 148....looking foward to

meeting new friends on this board....

Welcome HM,

I'm Gena :-) I know it can be really hard to keep on track. At my heaviest I

was 284 lbs, got down to 195. Then a bunch of stuff happened, one thing

after another and I got off track, gained back about 15-20 lbs. Then I kicked

myself in the butt, got mad and said oh no, I didn't work soo hard to mess it

up now! It is just a matter of getting refocused, prioritizing, getting back to

basics. Think about how you felt at your heaviest. I look at the pic's of me at

284 and that is motivating enough for me! I never want to feel that way again!

Going back and reading old posts helps too.

I'm Autumn, 36, a supermodel, and I....... ooops, wait, scratch that,

more like a super mess, but I'm trying each day! :D

Congrats on the weight you've lost so far-you already know you can do

it-and on your your determination to get back on track. Since you've

joined this group, you've already taken a positive step forward-it's

great!
