9 days, and counting...and boobunnies

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to talk about a couple of things. Boobunnies, please

take the money! No one in this group would have offered it to you if

they didn't want you to have it. I don't care what you do with it,

after I write the check, it's yours to do with what you want. I

don't want to know, and it's none of my business. I am a self-pay

patient, and I fought the long hard battle with the insurance company

for an entire year, I am fortunate enough to have the money to be

self-pay, or I would be in the same boat you are. It is taking

everything we have, but I still want to be able to, at least in some

small way, help someone else. That is what life is all about. Please

don't let a few people ruin the remaining chance you may have. This

is your LIFE! Take the money and invest it, find someway to make

that money make more money. Put it in the bank, let it draw

interest, I don't know.......it's YOUR money now! Don't give up!

Now, onto subject number 2. A week from today, my husband and I will

be leaving for Spain. I am so excited, and just slightly nervous at

this point. On the whole though I am very calm. It is very busy

around here getting ready to go. Any helpful hints about what to

have on hand when we return would be greatly appreciated. I have

some ideas, but this group seems to have a lot of ideas they like to

share, and I would love to hear them.

I just wanted to say that even though I may not be very vocal in

the group, I read every single post that comes through, and I pray

for each and every one of you. Mama B, Loriann, Alyssa, etc. (all who

are post-op)you are all doing wonderful, and you are all a great

inspiration! I may become more of an active " poster " over the next

couple of weeks, I think I am going to need every single one of you!

Debby and I (she is having surgery on the 18th in Spain) are going to

try and keep in touch while we're there. Hopefully, we'll feel like

walking to the cafe.
