Guest guest
Terri - I had pneumonia for a few weeks when I was first post-op. And, went to the doctor yesterday and have an upper respiratory infection. Both times, the ONLY thing I could get to work for my cough was Tussionex. It is prescription only -- but works WONDERS for letting you have a good night's sleep. It is a narcotic, so there are strict dispensing laws -- but its the best for coughs. Hope you're feeling better soon and Brynn, nice to see you and glad you're feeling better. Kristi > Hi Terri, I had this for a month!!!! I was so sick of coughing!!! I think maybe > the surgery lowered my resistance because I usually NEVER get sick. > Just drink tons of fluids, rest (which is hard when you are > coughing), and I found Vicks cough syrup worked best.
