A 10 point rise is good but ANY rise can be sufficient. Dropping means

low cortisol.

Val, I just tried this and went from 113/66 with 74 pulse lying to

99/70 with 94 pulse. Of course this leads me to believe that I need to

go back up to 25 or 30 mg of Cortef. I did just notice that it is time

for me to take my next dose would that influence the readings? What do

you think I should do?

Take your HC dose and check in abotu 2 hours. If still falling, you need more

HC.
