So sorry to hear about Doug, will keep him in my thoughts. I don't believe

it is directly, I suppose the lack of activity and muscle strength can't

help however.

I've never heard of it...but who knows. My mother had congestive heart

failure, and a whole host of other things too, so more and more I can't help but

think my genes weren't so great after all.

I think the only connection is that of lack of mobility. It puts us

at risk if we aren't physically active.

I'm sending good thoughts you way and hoping he recover. My mother-

in-law has had congestive heart failure for years now. She has bad

spells but always come back from them.

Hi Judy,

Sorry to hear about Doug's heart problem.... I have never heard of heart

failure and PLS, but then again it does not mean it's not possible. I'll pray

for him.
