Guest guest Posted November 24, 2007 Report Share Posted November 24, 2007 My dosing schedule of 10,5,5,2.5 (last one at 8PM instead of at bedtime) is working out much better for me, so far, for sleep - three nights in a row of 8 hours or more - Yay! However, I almost fell asleep at the dinner table last night at 7PM and I still need to work my HC dose up some so that I can take another shot at increasing my Armour. Might I do better for late afternoon to early evening energy on the schedule that you recommend below? I'm also thinking about adding just 1/8 grain of Armour at 4PM to start instead of 1/4 grain to my early dose like I tried last week. > If oyu get enough in the AM I am betting the afternoons will even out.
