Hello everyone,

Last evening, it was absolutely torrential rain here in NW England but not

wanting to break my commitment to my workouts, I decided to go for my walk

anyway but obviously I didn't want to get drenched out in the rain. I bought a

Columbia jacket on my last trip to the USA back in April, it was a little *snug*

shall we say when I got it but I told myself that I'd get into it and it would

serve as a little motivator. I packed it away when I got back and pretty

much forgot about it, so last night I decided to get it out and try it but to be

honest, I really didn't think it would fit me. It fitted me !!!!! Ok, not

perfectly but a damn sight better than it did in april :-) I have changed my

training in the past month or so and I believe its really paying off :-)

Hope everyone has a great sunday

Best wishes

whehew, way to go, ! It's great to see the results. I actually considered

buying a smaller size so that I " shrink " into it as an incentive. Haven't

decided about that yet, ha. We're having a nasty day in NY, hot and humid. I

went for my walk at about 8:30 while it was still cool. Next week should be

better. XXXMarge

Thanks Jette, I know what you are saying, it's a great feeling for sure.

Keep up the great work and you'll be in those jeans before you know it !!! I

had an even better one this evening, I was on a flying visit to my parents and a

cousin of mine was visiting and they said, " You are losing weight Dave, I can

clearly see the difference from the last time I saw you " My mother added

" Yes, you CAN see the difference in you " Needless to say, I was grinning from

ear to ear on the way home !!!

Best wishes

Way to go , I know that felt great to fit into something that was too

small. Before long, it will not just fit, but be roomy!

I was just able to buy a smaller size last weekend, and it was so

liberating! I am still waiting to fit into my favorite (and only) pair of

jeans. I tried them on the other day, and could (just barely) get them

buttoned, but couldn't quite zip them yet (at least not without sacrificing

BREATHING! LOL)
