Guest guest
I have had horrible hip joint pain for 15 yrs, the docs have never been able to tell my exactly why or give me anything to help except pain pills - YUCK!! And the more I walk the worse the pain/burning/grinding is.... I was also not DX'd hypo until 6 yrs ago. Last fall I experienced a 3 month painfree zone - I had gone out and bought every single one of the supplements that this board recommended - not only was it expensive but I just couldn't stand taking so many pills so many times a day.... So now I am trying to find what would help without fistfuls of pills, but am convinced it is from adrenal problems, which the Endro will not acknowledge - he has done STIM and ACTH tests and says I am normal - my salvia tests last year had come back abnormal which is why I started treating. I have also had knee surgery this year and find putting weight on the knee does not feel reliable especially when going up and down the stairs. Guest guest
Hi Sea Lady, I'm new here and haven't finished reading the FAQs yet, but wanted to say I feel for you. If you find out what workd for less $$$ please share. I don't know what I'm going to do with winter coming and high heating bills. >>>So now I am trying to find what would help without fistfuls of pills, but am convinced it is from adrenal problems,
