Anyone have normal or high BP and still need HC?

I'm feeling like I need to take it, yet by bp is 120/81. ( a tad high

for me)

Will HC cause it to increase further?

I had a panic attack yesterday so I'm not sure what caused that. The

bp was even higher during that time.
