Right now my dosage is 22.5. << It is too late to catch it before it starts so I would take an extra 2.5 tonight at bedtime and first thing tomorrow AM take and extra 20MG, then play the day by feel.. regular dosing unless oyu have symptoms of low cortisol sometimes the 20MG at omnce will knock a little bug right out if it does nto and the next day you still feel sick I would double doses. If you are ill more than three days wiht the double doses email and I will help you taper back down. But, I had sort of the same cold/virus symptoms you have and was miserable. Last night I went to the drug store and found NeilMed Sinus Rinse. My ENT had suggested it for my son and I figured it would'nt hurt. I highly recommend it. It is a little weird because you squirt this mixture up one nostril and it comes out the other, but it cleans you out and helps with the postnasal drip. They suggest you do it 2x a day. I was MUCH better today, but still holding on to a bit of the virus - mostly just congestion-type stuff. How should I dose tomorrow?
