Dear Groupies, I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for recovering

from a crash. I have been very crashed for the last

two months (almost) and am still extremely weak, and tiring very easily. I had a

discussion with my phsio about it, although she's not

sure either. Should I try and push myselff (this doesnt seem to work) or just

contunue resting and VERY gradually increase activities

(can't always control this). Prior to the crash I was using a exercise bike for

5 minutes twice a week at the phsyio but now my legs

are so weak I am using the power chair far more than I did. Should I try to walk

more? Are there any rules or suggestions for

this?Thanks, Celia

You might want to ask your doctor about increasing your CoQ10 dosage, at

least for a while anyway. Other than that, rest, rest, rest and eat

healthy foods. I hope you feel better soon!

Celia,

I have also been in a crash since before Christmas. I know that the

times that I can just sleep and rest, I do feel better. I have a full

time job that I need to get to as much as I can so I can't seem to

get over this crash. I keep getting sick, am having a hard time

walking for any distance and am in pain. It sure does get old after a

while, doesn't it.

I know its hard to find time to get a long period of rest in but that

is what I think would help you. Better said than done though.

Take care and try to rest.

-, Thanks for the advice. I don't see how I could manage to workin regular

time let alone while in a crash. That must be sooo

hard for you to do. Right now I'm pleased if I manage to tidy the kitchen!!

Don't YOU work too hard. Celia
