My BBT still runs consistently low.<< OK you are talking about two differnt things. the three times daily average when doen RIGHT is very accurate while ramping up HC but it will not tell you if you have gone too high. It is best used wiht BP readings from sitting or lying down to standing to see if it falls or rises.
