Re: Top Doc wants me to decrease HC?

Ah, I'm a pest, just ask my wife ;)

I've only had ferritin checked once and it was 206 <22 - 322> on 8/13.

So, I've taken 10,5,5 of HC today already. If I do like the doc says,

I won't take any more, but I suspect that if I don't, I'll wake up

needing some in the middle of the night. That's preferable to taking

it before bed with food and waking up 1/2 hr later with an attack, but

I don't know if that will happen b/c I don't know yet what is causing

them.

Should I take 2.5mg more tonight or hold off and prove that I need it?

Should I pull back on the Armour again or try to stick it out a few

more days? Look at these temps, I should be good - even the hot day

was almost within 2/10 of the days before and after and that was the

day that I added the 1/4 grain.
