Guest guest
Dr. 's supplements do not contain cortisol which I wouldn't want at this point because my cortisol is HIGH all day long, especially in the a.m. I am taking PS, zinc and looking into Relora to help lower, also taking melatonin at night. Also cut out all sugar and caffeine. If you know of anything else to help lower cortisol, let me know. Thanks! > > > > > > > > I have no thyroid and am experiencing anxiety and shakiness > > almost to > > > > the point of not functioning.
