Guest guest
Hi everyone: Now that I'm back on the Effexor XR, I won't ever forget to get the refill on time again, and my dizzies have gone away after being back on it for a week. But, I do have an eye problem. They water just terrible. It's mostly in the morning, but they water easily throughout the day, and I don't remember having that problem in the past. Mostly the last year. Hmmmmm? wonder why? Take care all, Laurel Re: Re: EYES Hi yse, I use to get attacks of vertigo. If I would move my head to quick the room would spin and I would feel like I was going to fall. My doctor gave me meclizine a.k.a antivert. That took care of the problem. Hope this helps. Take care. Guest guest
Laurel, Dry eyes, believe it or not, cause watering. My husband has it and as long as he puts drops in his eyes every morning he is just fine. See your eye doctor. :-) Thomson
Guest guest
, I have problems with my eyes not focusing the same from one day to the next. One day the left eye is fuzzy and another day it will be the right eye. I got new ghlasses in Aug. and my vbision is already fuzzy again. I have a separate pair of glasses just for my computer as I thought that could be part of the problem. I too think a lot of it is fatigue but then all my symptoms are worse when I'm tired. My neuro said it could be PLS as the muscle that controls the synchronization of the eyes is striated ( I guess that means the type muscle PLS can affect). I have an appt. next month with a neuro-opththamologist at LSU Med Center next month to see what he thinks. My regular opth. couldn't find anything wrong with them. Guest guest
Laurel, Remember when I met you at NIH, I had a bandage over one eye because it got too dry and the cornea was torn by my eyelid? My eyes were really tearing up from the irritation before it got bad. Get yourself to your opth. and use drops, they help enormously. I use them now 2x a day and more if my eyes bother me. Also my eyes really tear up when I have one of those " yawning attacks " . You know where you yawn until you just about dislocate y9our jaw and keep it up for a good 1/2 hr? I used to think it was because I was low on O2 but now I'm not so sure it isn't some kind of spasms. Take care, it's probably because you're house air has gotten dry with the winter weather.
