Have any of you experienced fatigue from taking Quercitin? I don't know and it certainly could be something else. I've also been taking L-Lysine in 500 mg. caps.. These are the only new pills I've been taking except B6 and B12.

Just wonder if anyone else has experienced fatigue from these? The good side effect is my hives have lessened by about 1/2. Nothing else has helped me so much as Quercitin has.

Dear ...I am so happy that Quercitin is helping you....it is by far the best thing that has happened to me! Of course we all react differently, but I take it twice a day (total 500 mg) and have never noticed anything negative about taking it. Specifically I have never noticed any fatigue associated with the Quercitin ..Tree

Thanks, Tree. I was hoping that it wasn't the Quercitin that was making me that tired. I think it was the L Lysine I was taking. It was just a shot in the dark anyway. A book in the health food store recommended L Lysine and Quercitin amongst other things including B6 and B12. Anyway I love the Quercitin.
