Guest guest
I'm looking at the instructions for Dr. Rind's metabolic temperature graph and it says to take your temperature 3 hours after risin and gives an example of taking it around 9:00am if you wake up at 6:00 am. It doesn't say anything about waking up at differnt times every day. Sometimes I wake up at 4:30am others at 7:30 or 8:00am, so taking temperatures wouldn't be at the same time every day. Is it best to just go with what time you wake up at even if it's different everyday? Elyse

Guest guest
That will be difficult but I'll try. If I choose a 7:30 wake time, then do you mean I should do the first temp reading at 10:30am every day even if I got up at 5:00am or at 9:00am? > > Is it best to > just go with what time you wake up at even if it's different everyday?<< > > I would choose a time of day when you are USUALLY up three hour so you cna > keep to the same time every day. > > --

Say your latest wake time is 10AM so start your temps at 1PM; 4PM, 7PM would work gfor you. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
