Guest guest
I do, but was attributing to DHEA b/c my mood improved when I quit taking it last week and I was irritable bordering on raging when I first tried DHEA several weeks ago (stupid doc for a day started me on 25mg instead of the lower dose of 10mg that I quit taking last week). I increased HC from 22.5 to 25mg yesterday AND added 1/8 grain of Armour and I was pretty touchy, but I've also been staying with in-laws for the past three days and that's the limit for me and my MIL no matter how I am feeling or what I am taking so I don't know what to attribute the moodiness to last night. Chill out? (just kidding, don't be mad at me ) > > I am ready to bite the head off of a snake. To say that I am irritable > might be a bit of an understatement. Guest guest
Yes that could easily be form the stress dose. I get VERY irritable when I have to stress dose for a few days. But I dontl dfeel it the days I am dosing high usually a day or two after., So the timing is right as well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Have you noticed that the irritability occurs after a certain dose or a certain number of days? And by a day or two after do you mean that you notice it a day or two after tapering or that it lasts a day or two. Just wondering how long I can expect to be such a delight, LOL! Guest guest
I assume it is the body adjusting to lower levels of cortiosl, an or possibly the sex hormones readjusting from the change in cortils as well. As high cortiosl lowers estrogen this coulds well be why the PMS like symptoms. If oyu have some estrogen handy taking a dab extra might help this. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

How long does it usually last?
