Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 To my knowledge the most effective ways to reduce high cortisol are exercise, meditation and yoga. I believe that if I had done these things back when my cortisol levels were sky high in the 90's (the beginning phase of adrenal fatigue) I could have avoided the adrenal exhaustion and now insufficiency.
