That iodine in there is what has killed most of the "perfect supplements" for me because of the Hashi's antibodies. That's why I have to buy a little of this and a little of that. The Natrol was making the Skin Hair and Nails, but now I can't find it around town. It didn't have them all in there, but it did come in capsule form (better dissolves in the stomach) and seemed to have the right proportions for me, IF I took xtra B vitamins from something else. Walgreens carried it, now they don't have it and couldn't tell me when they would. I told them that I would not take anything in a hard pill form because it doesn't digest and break down properly. They just stared at me like they didn't know what I meant, lol.

Hi ... My mom called difficult stuff “creatures” so that just came outta me LOL!I have been searching and think I found one close to what I need and it’s actually by one a day — one a day 50 has all the B’s, the C, the E, the magnesium, potatssium, chromium, selenium but not much calcium so would just need to add calcium and the fish oil... But — it’s a pill and probably a BIG pill which I can’t get down even with a gallon of water..Will keep you posted and in the mean time if anyone knows of something like this I would love the link.SueVitamin A 20% as beta carotene 2500 IU50%Vitamin C 120 mg200%Vitamin D 400 IU100%Vitamin E 33 IU110%Vitamin K 20 mcg25%Thiamin (B1) 4.5 mg300%Riboflavin (B2) 3.4 mg200%Niacin (B3) 20 mg100%Vitamin B6 6 mg300%Folate,Folic Acid,Folacin 400 mcg100%Vitamin B12 25 mcg417%Biotin 30 mcg10%Pantothenic acid 15 mg150%Calcium elemental 120 mg12%Iodine 150 mcg100%Magnesium 100 mg25%Zinc 22.5 mg150%Selenium 105 mcg150%Copper 2 mg100%Manganese 4 mg200%Chromium 180 mcg150%Molybdenum 90 mcg120%Chloride 34 mg1%Potassium 37.5 mg1%

Hi , I have literally spent hours, days looking at supplements across the globe and can’t find one that doesn’t add all kinds of crap to it— I even found ones with LITHIUM in it!

I think I am gonna stick with my antioxidants, my B vitiamins, the chromium, potassium/magnesium and bit the bullet and add the chromium and calcium and fish oil – my mom used to take about 17 things a day when she was alive — and it looks like there’s no way around it to get that “perfect” formula – I was just hoping someone out there had found a way...

Hi , that one looks pretty good... I would just need to add potassium and magnesium and my omega fish oil :)

The only thing is the molybdenum they put in it — here’s the scoop on that:

Are there any side effects or interactions? Molybdenum is needed to convert purine to uric acid, and excessive intake could, in rare cases, increase uric acid levels and potentially trigger gout. Molybdenum interferes with the absorption of copper; long-term supplementation with molybdenum could, in theory, result in copper deficiency. Molybdenum has been reported to cause psychosis in a patient taking 300 to 800 mcg per day for 18 days.

This is the multi I take. They are little pellets, like Isocort, and super easy to swallow. I can't take those big honkin' pills either.

Yeh, that's why I didn't buy the Centrum liquid, because of the iodine. Otherwise, that would have been ideal for me. Seems like there's always something. If it's not iodine, then it's soy, if not soy, something I'm known to be allergic to. And the "povidone" in so many of them, well, that's a form of iodine. Gee whiz! I need to go online and go on a more intense search, but it sure would be nice to find all this stuff at home, in my own town, lol.

What do you use for your vitamins/supplements? I am still searching... What town do you live in? You’re in Texas, right?

option might be a product called Vitathon..it is a sachet that you mix

with water..I know athletes use it and it contains Vitamins but either

none or next to none of the minerals..I know the vitamin I give my

kids is a store brand but it is only vitamins too, no minerals..

My medical prescription company sells vitamins online and I'll tell you some of their brands that they carry:

There is one in particular that I am looking at to buy... 21st century, although I can now take my mart of wal vitamins okay : ).

These should help guys... as far as I know if you can get them online through one pharmacy, you can find them through any one. My site carries several name brands and what not so if you have questions about certain brands I can probably find out an ingredient list for you if you want it :).

Have a great day,
