Valarie,

I am weaning myself down on the Predisone the matter what tommorow. I will

take 1/2 the 50 mg pill because it is making my head feel off etc...

My cold I had for a week is ALOT better but I do no get how only when I am on

Predinsone some relief. I am not sure how lwo my adrenal are yet, but I do

suspect they are low!

What can I take ( I know sea salt with water 1/4 teaspoon ) ,while weaning off

the predinisone so do not get worse? I know it will be tough until I get my

adrenals blood test and salvia test done, and back.

I have been on SSI for two or so years, because of not getting better from

Epstein's Barr ,and now most likely adrenal exhaustion. As well as, the thyroid

now shows low.

First things first though I need to get through the nest two weeks beforfe I

can take the lab tests.

How long have you been on the 50MG PRed?
