Guest guest
Can one of you lovely folks give me your input on what would be recommended to have done on so we can work on getting a better picture here? He sees his endos on 3/30, and I'd like to be able to request at the time (or before hand if possible) to get everything drawn & tested that we need regarding his thyroid and pituitary stuff. Also, does anyone know what, if any, role the liver may play in TSH/T4/T3/etc? I know the liver has a part in the whole hypothalamus/pituitary/vasopressin thing, and has some part in the insulin/pancreas/blood glucose picture. I'm just wondering if 's liver condition is creating or worsening some of these problems he has going on here. TSH fT4 T4 fT3 T3 What about the reverse T3's? And should I ask for antibodies again? (It was last checked in September or so and was 13, which was up from <1.5 a year ago.) Anything else I should ask for? And what is T7 (I just came across this on a website).
