I started taking the product below based on Dr. Teitelbaum's

online fibromyalgia treatment program. Basically, they evaluate all of

your lab tests and give you recommendations. Apparently, based on my

blood cortisol levels he recommended this product and Cortef.

Interestingly, he said in an interview somewhere that he preferred

blood cortisol tests to saliva tests as he found them more reliable.

I'm taking 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. It gives me

some more energy, and a bit of anxiety (that goes away). Is there a

chance this product (with Adrenal cortical extract & licorice) could

solve my adrenal issues? How long can I safely take it?

I have been taking this product for a while now even before I started

Cortef. I don't really know how much good it is doing, but I bought it,

so I'm taking it. I'll probably buy more of this or the xymogen product

because I figure it can't hurt. But then again, what do I know, LOL

I tried the Adrenal Stress End off and on long before I got tested. It

took me around a year to get close to using up the bottle as it

absolutely killed my stomach. Reading the ingredients, I think it was

the Betaine that was the big problem for me.

Any one with a touchy stomach, easily irritated, or who is subject to a

lot of stomach problems from enzymes or acids probably ought to go

carefully with it at least at first, to find out if it causes pain or not.
