I'll let someone else answer about the scar revision, although based on what you

write, it sounds like a good idea.

As for your TSH, you should absolutely call your endo and ask about an increase.

Your TSH should be below .10; it should certainly be lower than 63 after 5

weeks on Synthroid, even if it's too low a dose.

You aren't just mildly hypo; you're extremely hypo, and I'm surprised your endo

hasn't called you to discuss it. Have you read Dr. Ain's instructions on how

T4 should be taken and stored (msg

#11763)? It sounds as if you may be taking your meds in such a way that they

aren't being fully utilized.
