congrats, Catalina. :-) I don't know if this has anything to do with why your

tired, but when I was in my 20s I found out that I had a slight anemia when I

went to the doctor for a nasty flu. He said not to try and eat a lot of meat,

but to take supplements. With iron supps I had to be careful not to overdo it,

so I take one every other day or so, chelated. I immediately felt so energized!

So, that's something to think about. XXXMarge

Catalina,

How have you been eating lately. Perhaps you are not getting enough calories

in? Especially if you are exercising, it is important not to limit your

calories too much!

Also, I know you have a problem with purging, and have seen you post twice

that you gave in to the urge. How often are you purging (that you didn't

post here)? I am sure if you are still purging periodically, that can't be

helping your energy level either.

I hope you start feeling better soon!
