Need new cortisol rhythm and feeling a little over-stimulated

Taking these in reverse order, I used the cream again this morning,

this time taking care not to over-flow the 1/4 tsp - I even put in a

little less. I rubbed it in on my abdomen which has felt warm all day

so far, but not uncomfortable. Then I ate some breakfast, took my

vits and supps, dissolved 30mg of Armour under my tongue. 2 1/2 hrs

later, I'm feeling a bit over-stimulated like I did yesterday.

Nothing unmanageable, but feels like I could do with less for sure. I

wonder if due to absorption issues that I have way overshot my HC dose

with tabs. Once I get my scale I'll be using the cream exclusively

which will mean I'll be getting even more of a dose. I might have to

cut it back some. Interesting, I just took my temps for the first

time and it's 98.8 which is pretty high for me. I'm thinking that the

thyroid hormone is making it into the cells now big time. Either that

or my adrenals are freaking out, generating adrenaline, and making my

temps bounce around.

On the other topic, on my dosing schedule of 10mg at 8AM, 7.5mg at

noon, 5mg at 4PM, and 2.5mg at 8PM, I'm waking up between 4:30 and 5AM

and can't back to sleep until after 6AM - exactly the same for the

past two nights. Also, the 8PM dose stimulates me enough to make me

hungry so I have to eat with that dose, and then again between 9 and

10PM or else I get the stomach upset that goes along with that kind of

hunger. I'm trying to avoid eating that late, and taking HC right

before bed b/c one or the other, or the combo, is causing my attacks

and I haven't had one for a week after changing things around. I do

need to sleep better though and it has to be the HC that needs to be

adjusted. I'm really not sure how to dose from here other than add in

a 2.5mg bed-time dose, or take my 8PM dose to 5mg. Strangely, for the

two days that I did as my Top Doc said and didn't take any after 4PM,

I slept better.

?

Thanks,
