Guest guest
the problem with this assumption is that feelings of overstimulation are susally LOW CORTIOSL not high. I have told this too many times, and anxiety ios low cortilsl and when cortisol drops too low your body makes adrenaline which REALLY causes over stimulation symptoms. Asd you took even less this AM I would really look carefully at this before further lowering the dose. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I don't think that I lowered the dose so much as used closer to the right amount. I'm going to do as you posted to someone else and swap out one of these doses at a time and keep with the pills for the later doses for now, waiting on my scale. The only reason that I am attributing the feeling of being over-stimulated to a difference in the HC dose is because it has just been over the past two days which is when I used the cream. I was anticipating a crash all day yesterday as I have had before when increasing Armour without enough adrenal support, but it never came. Still didn't sleep great, as I wrote, and my temps are up so I'm not sure what to make of all of it - cortisol too low, too high, or getting closer to being right. Any suggestions on how to adjust my HC doses for later in the day? Thanks, > > the problem with this assumption is that feelings of > overstimulation are susally LOW CORTIOSL not high. Guest guest
Do you think that mag could hurt if I took it for sleep issues? I'm still not convinced that whatever is going on with me over the past two days is a good thing, but I recognize the need to stick with it for a few more to make sure. My temps over the past four days, including today with three readings are: 11/24 - 97.9 11/25 - 98.1 11/26 - 98.4 11/27 - 98.8 However, I've been using two digital thermos until yesterday b/c I didn't trust them and now I've switched to a glass thermo which seems to run a little warmer (more accurate maybe) so the readings for 11/24 and 11/25 might need to be thrown out. The rise since yesterday is what it is though and I'm pretty warm. I'll check BBT tomorrow too. I went to the HC cream in the AM yesterday so it's obviously having an affect on energy level and the temps. I'm also getting the hypo headache on and off, including in my teeth (not sure if I have seen anyone else complain of that before), some slight nausea and, of course, the relentless HC hunger. I ordered a BP cuff so that I can watch my BPs more closely and it has been suggested to me that I think about going on Florinef and/or prednisolone/Delacortil? I'm hoping to avoid all of that, but if this is still my adrenals not handling what is going on with the Armour I guess that I might need to start considering it. > > >>Any suggestions on how to adjust my HC doses for later in the day?<< > > One thing I have learned change ONE thing at a time.
