Guest guest
Hi Val and everyone. I have been trying to get temps stable, so came down off t3 and on cortef as advised was doing ok for 3 days. Then added 10 mg t3 I have been taking sea salt 3 x day 1/2 teaspoon (since I added pottassium salt to food leg cramps have gone.) I have been monitoring blood pressure as I think you said if it dropped again on standing go back up on cortef. It did so increased cortef and stopped t3. The thing is my temps average is very high for me, yet I still feel terrible and am on no t3 Can you look at my temps etc and tell me what you think is happening - I do not have a cold or anything. 16-Nov 17-Nov 18-Nov 19-Nov 20-Nov 21-Nov cycle 8 9 10 11 12 13 average temp 97.2 97.0 96.9 97.5 98.3 98.3 pulse 79 74 bp sit 106/73 119/70 110/67 bp stand 102/71 99/71 104/70 cortef 20 0 0 10 10 0 t3 32.5 32.5 32.5 32.5 35 35 raised to 35 due to bp drop after temps 3 x salt 3 x salt 2 x salt 2 x salt 3 x salt 3 x salt Ps have ordered feretin test, aldosterone test lab was sending but now not!
