Guest guest
You can do the fasting readings ANY day. The only things that affect them are cortisol and illness which also canb falsely elevate them. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Val - does taking too much thyroid hormone raise blood sugar? I wonder if this is happening to me as well. You need temp averages no more than 98.6 The AM glucose is also too high but back the thyroid down until your temps lower then we can work on the glucose. Best way to tell what is going on wiht cortuiosl is TWO fasting readings in the AM when you first wake and before you do anything then 1-1.5 hours later with eating and drinkign NOTHING but water, even supplements except HC. That will show your Dawn Rise whihc I think was happening before you woke and that is evidenced by your post meal being lower. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ >

Guest guest
OK what I ma seeing here is to much HC. Not by much and it is causing supression as your Dawn Rise is nil. Without supression you would have a normal Dawn Rise of 20-30 pointsInstead yours goes lower. This is from your bedtime dose of HC.. I would try lowering it a tiny bit. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
>>I've been doing 22.5HC for the last 5 days, down from 25. I do 10,7.5, 2.5 and 2.5. So I need to drop the bedtime dose, or can I just change my total schedule to 10,5,2.5,2.5? after a few more days?<< With this schedule I would be inclined to lower the FIRST dose. 7.5 - 7.5 - 2.5 - 2.5 -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
>>Should I stopthe Armour for the time being? Til temps drop?<< It probably wouldn't hurt as it is a constant adrenal stress when you go too high. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
