My cousin who is strawberry blonde refuses to exit the house without mascara,

brow pencil and general warpaint applied - even if it is only to do her horses

and a walking holiday in Italy and I looked soooo weird by the time my eyebrows

matched my skin!!

Moi aussi!

One of my worst experiences ever was when I had been having a bit of a

practical writeup crisis one evening at college the day after I'd had a big

row with someone and as it was about 9 in the evening and I'd rubbed my eyes

a few times while working I'd finally thought " better actually take the

mascara off properly " - and lo! there was a knock on the door and (of

course) it was the man on whom all my hopes were pinned at the time... EEKK!

Quick dash to the cupboard with the sink on the pretext of washing up a

coffee mug, and hope he didn't notice that I appeared to have neither

eyebrows nor eyelashes!

Then again, there was the time in a physics class in the upper 6th when my

friend Eryl said " It's funny, I don't know anyone else with blonde eyebrows

but dark eyelashes " . It's mascara, I said.... " But you ALWAYS have dark

eyelashes! " she said. " Do you mean you ALWAYS wear mascara? " You betcher!

Anneliese (part-time) SAHM to Baby Tim (18/9/99), member, Alton, Bordon and

district branch and I think this time I'll say Kidman lookalike!

>Right back at the beginning of the site, there was discussion about someone

due to have a baby in May last year, she was looking for a ish flavour

name for her baby - were you around then? What did she have and what did

she name it?

Strongly suspect that was Lynda and she had a boy and she called him Callum

and he's gorgeous and he can be seen on

I used that green stuff and found it was quite good. Being quite fair I

often have quite a " high colour " and it toned me down quite a bit although

sometimes if I didn't get hot and bothered it could make me look a little

cadaver-like!!!!!!

That sounds like me. I had another boy, and called him Callum. His birth

report and a lovely photo are on my website, accessed from his page.
