Guest guest
This is odd. I have read several books that have said that there must be enough Calcium to for Magnesium to be absorbed. I am told I am low in in Zinc, Mag, and vitamin D. As of now I am sure I am still very low because I am not able to do anything to absorb the vitamins properly because I am waiting to be able to take a cortisol test. How many mg's of Magnesium would be good to take if I am depleted from adrenal fatigue and apparently have had high levels of Epstein Bar in my body? Thanks, a W wrote: >>ok thanks im trying to understand your theory here, sorry for being illiterate on this.i dont understand the 1 and 7 ect.so are you saying take 500mg calcium and 500mg magnesium?<< No the numbers were hypothetical just to show that you cannot fix low magnesium by taking BOTH magnesium & calcium. You have to take JUST magnesium. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
Thanks so much. I will probabley take a little less, as it does lower blood pressure ,and sometimes I have to take a pain pill until I can get on HC. But if I am not fuly absorning it maybe 400 mg. will be good. a wrote: With magnesium I take 400MG at bedtime every day and also 1-2 times a week an epsm salt bath which IS magnesium! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
